Delete your HobbyBox account

Use this page to request deletion of your HobbyBox App account and associated personal data. HobbyBox App is operated by Hobby Box, Inc.

Request account deletion

Email us from the address associated with your HobbyBox account. If available, include your HobbyBox username so we can locate the correct account.

If the button does not open your email app, write to privacy@hobbybox.app with the subject “HobbyBox App account deletion request.”

For your security, never send your password, payment card number, Social Security Number, or identity documents by email. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

What happens next

  1. We locate the HobbyBox account connected to your request.
  2. We verify account ownership if the request does not provide enough information.
  3. We delete the account and associated personal data, subject to the limited retention described below.
  4. We confirm by email when the request has been completed.

Uninstalling the HobbyBox App does not delete your account. You must submit a deletion request using the process above.

Data deletion and retention

Account information is removed according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, financial, or other legal and regulatory obligations. Retained information is not used to keep your HobbyBox account active.
